Refund Policy

Sweetba’s refund policy allows the return of products within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, provided they have not been opened (for food products) or unsealed, and comply with other conditions. To start the process, you must fill out the return form on the website.

Conditions for Refund

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

    • Opened food products cannot be returned.

    • Items on clearance or sale are non-returnable.


    • Loose accessories that complement a main product are not eligible for return.

  • Prepare the Package: Pack the product according to the instructions provided by the Sweetba team.

  • Shipping: Ensure the package is not sent freight collect (prepaid shipping).

Timeframes and Processing

Sweetba processes returns within 3 business days of receiving the product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If the return is due to a Sweetba error, shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
